About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker with Licenses to practice in the States of California and Texas, and have been a practicing clinician for over 20 years. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany in 2004. I am also a Certified Pivot Coach through PIVOT and have been coaching clients for 2 years. I have experience in various clinical settings, including Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and Individual and Group Outpatient Therapy. I enjoy helping people that struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, conflict resolution, and improving communication styles. I use a variety of treatment modalities based on the client's needs and help them determine if therapy or coaching is a better fit for them.
